Tasks live on sticky notes, in chat messages and in your head – and you often only see what's really due once something has already slipped. snori brings it all into one list, gives you a calm view of your week and catches every stray idea before it's lost.
Why scattered to-dos cost you more energy than the tasks themselves
The exhausting part of a full to-do list is rarely the work – it's the constant checking that you haven't forgotten anything. As long as tasks are spread across an app, a notebook and a reminder, you carry that unease around all day. And without a calm weekly view, you try to do everything at once, which is exactly where stress comes from. You don't need a complicated planner, just one place where everything lands and where you can see at a glance what matters today and what can wait.
How snori sets up your weekly plan
You create a workspace, pick the "Tasks & weekly plan" template – and your space is filled instantly. Not a blank page, but a thought-through starting point: a task list with priority and due date, a weekly plan with one focus per day, and an inbox for whatever comes to mind. You keep what you need and delete what doesn't fit. Instead of inventing a structure first, you start working right away.
The pages snori creates for you right away
- Welcome – start here – a short home page that explains the layout in 60 seconds
- Tasks – a real table with category, priority, due date and status; at a glance you see what's due today
- Practical tip: priorities with colour rules – shows step by step how "high" or "overdue" colours itself
- Weekly plan – one focus per day, plus appointments and notes for a calm overview
- Inbox – the quick place to drop ideas; sorting comes later
- Archive – for finished items that should move out of the way but never be lost
Your AI helps out – only as far as you allow
If you like, you connect an AI like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity directly to your workspace. It then reads your list and helps you order tasks, check priorities or suggest your week – but strictly within the limits you set. Your AI can never do more than you can: for each area you decide whether it may only read, add, or touch nothing at all. And because snori versions every change, nothing is lost when you experiment. You can also use snori entirely without AI – the connection is an extra, never a requirement.
Share your week when it fits
Sometimes someone should read along – a colleague you coordinate with, or a partner who wants to know what's on this week. In snori you turn a single page into a shareable link, with no account needed for the recipient. You can add your logo, protect it with a password or expiry date, and see in the overview how often it was opened in the last 24 hours, 7 or 30 days. The rest of your workspace stays private.
Secure, German, nothing gets lost
Your plans are yours. snori stores your data encrypted in an ISO/IEC 27001-certified data center in Germany, two-factor sign-in is mandatory, and every page can be rolled back to an earlier state. Deleted items sit in the trash for 30 days. So you work with peace of mind – even when an AI is writing alongside you.
