Do I need my own AI?

Yes – snori does not replace an AI, it connects to the one you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity.

Does the AI connection cost extra?

No. You only pay for snori, your existing AI subscription stays as it is.

Where is my data stored?

In a data center in Germany, on our own infrastructure, ISO/IEC 27001-certified.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, monthly with a switch in your account – it takes effect at the next billing date.

What happens if I don't pay?

Your data stays, you can still read and delete it. New entries and the AI connection are active again only after payment.

Can my AI delete something by accident?

Only if you allow it – and even then it asks specifically in the chat what should be deleted before anything happens.

Does snori work on mobile?

Yes, the entire interface is fully mobile-capable, including its own navigation for small screens.

Can I share my knowledge with others?

Yes, you can invite specific people into your workspace.
