Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Every connection to snori is encrypted with TLS 1.3 – from the browser through the connection to your AI to the server. Your data sits encrypted on our side too, and files are stored separately from the server, reachable only through it. There is no point at which your content could be read in the open – not even by us.
You stay in control
Every AI connection in view – disconnected with one click.
In your account you see every active AI connection and disconnect it with one click. You set with switches what an AI may do, and no connection can do more than you can. Two-factor login is mandatory from day one – when you set it up you get emergency codes so you can get back in even without your second device.
Doubly secured
Deletion never happens by accident.
Every deletion is tied to an extra confirmation with a security number shown on screen. If a deletion runs through your AI, it first asks specifically what should be deleted and waits for your explicit yes. Deleted items stay restorable in the bin for 30 days. So your knowledge stays protected, even if an AI misreads an instruction once.
Transparent
And if something does happen?
We secure everything on our side: storage, separation, encryption, access and backups. What we have no influence over is the chat history inside your AI – that belongs to the respective provider. Should there ever be a security incident despite every measure, we inform you at once and transparently, including the steps we have already taken.
