Contacts live scattered across your phone, your inbox and business cards, and you often can't remember who last discussed what with you, and when. snori brings your people into one place – with the state of your last exchange – so you reach out before a promise is forgotten or a contact goes quiet.
Why good contacts get lost in daily life
A well-kept contact is worth more than ten fleeting ones – but only if you remember who someone is and what happened last. That's the first thing to slip in the rush: the number is on your phone, the last message in a chat, the note from the call nowhere. Relationships live on staying in touch, and without a steady eye on follow-ups, things you meant to keep quietly fade. You don't need another address book, but one place where contact, history and open points sit together.
How snori sets up your contacts
You create a workspace, pick the "Contacts" template – and your space is filled instantly. Not a blank page, but a thought-through starting point: a contact list with role, contact details and status, a profile template to duplicate per contact, an interactions list and a task list. The layout is deliberately neutral – whether you keep "clients", "partners" or "acquaintances", the structure adapts to your language. You start right away instead of inventing an order first.
The pages snori creates for you right away
- Welcome – start here – a short home page explaining the layout in 60 seconds
- Contacts – a real table with name, company, role, phone, email, last contact and status
- Contact profile (template) – a record to duplicate, with master data, notable details and history
- Practical tip: share pages & files deliberately – how to pass on a single list securely
- Interactions & follow-ups – every exchange with a next step and status
- Practical tip: a contact form for your website – how enquiries flow into your list automatically
- Tasks – everything open around your contacts, with priority and due date
- Archive – for inactive contacts and finished notes
Your AI helps out – only as far as you allow
Connect an AI like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity directly to your workspace if you like. It then reads your contacts and helps you find people, build follow-up lists or draft messages – but strictly within the limits you set. Your AI can never do more than you can: for each area you decide whether it may only read, add, or touch nothing at all. And because snori versions every change, nothing is lost when you experiment. snori works just as well without AI – the connection is an extra, never a requirement.
Collect enquiries automatically and share lists deliberately
Any table in snori becomes a form for your website: the visitor fills it in, and the answer appears instantly as a new row in your list – no retyping, no missed contact. And when a colleague needs a contact list, you turn that single page into a shareable link, with your logo, optionally with a password and expiry date. In the overview you see how often it was opened in the last 24 hours, 7 or 30 days. The rest of your workspace stays private.
Secure, German, nothing gets lost
Contact data is sensitive. snori stores your data encrypted in an ISO/IEC 27001-certified data center in Germany, two-factor sign-in is mandatory, and every page can be rolled back to an earlier state. Deleted items sit in the trash for 30 days. A public form, by the way, is only served once your legal notice is in place. So you work safely and with peace of mind.
