If you advertise on Google, you want callers and enquiries – not clicks that fizzle out somewhere. With Google Ads lead forms, prospects get a short form right inside search. snori becomes the target: every submitted contact lands automatically as a row in a smart table, with nobody having to download an export CSV and type it in. The focus is on one direction – data comes in.
What are Google lead forms?
Google lead forms (also called the "lead form extension") are a format inside Google Ads, the largest advertising network in the world. Instead of sending the user to a landing page, Google shows a small form directly below or beside the search, YouTube or Discover ad. Because many users are signed in to their Google account anyway, name and email are often pre-filled – that lowers the barrier and often delivers cheaper contacts than classic landing pages. The collected leads first sit in the Google Ads account and can be downloaded as a CSV or passed on via webhook. That is exactly where snori steps in as the fixed collection point.
snori and Google leads: the two directions
snori as the target – leads come in
This is the core of this connection. The moment someone submits your Google lead form, an automation service such as Zapier, Make or n8n catches the event and writes the contact into snori as a new row. Every field – name, phone, campaign, timestamp – gets its own column. Your team sees the enquiry within seconds and can react while the interest is fresh. With search ads especially, speed counts: whoever calls back quickly closes far more deals than someone who replies the next day.
snori as the source – status goes out
The reverse direction is secondary but possible: if you change a lead's status in snori, the same service can carry that information onward – into a CRM or a reporting table, for example.
How to set up the connection
- In snori, open the settings for the Workspace API and create an access key for the target workspace.
- You decide what the key may do – for lead intake, "append" is enough.
- In your automation service you choose the Google lead form as the trigger and snori as the action, and enter the key.
- Done: every new contact now appears automatically as a row.
No server, no code, no daily CSV downloads – the leads gather themselves.
Who can access your data
An access key in snori can never do more than you allow. For lead intake, "append" is enough: the service may write new rows but overwrite or delete nothing. Every change is versioned, the key applies only to that one workspace, and your contact data stays encrypted in a German data centre – crucial, because ad leads are personal data.
Google leads, Meta or your own form?
Google lead forms fit when your customers are actively searching for what you offer. If your advertising runs more through social networks, look at Meta & Instagram leads. If you want to design and embed the form yourself, Typeform & Jotform is the way. They all end the same – as a clean row in snori. Without a service in between it also works directly via the Workspace API.
