What are Typeform & Jotform?
Typeform is a Spanish provider, known for forms that show only one question at a time – it feels like a conversation and lifts completion rates. Jotform, from the US, is the older, broader builder with thousands of templates, payment fields, file uploads and many field types. Both cover the same need: build a form without coding, embed it on your own site or share it as a link, and collect responses. Those responses first sit in the respective account. From there an automation service picks them up and hands them to snori.

This is the purpose of this connection. The moment someone submits your Typeform or Jotform, Zapier, Make or n8n catches the response and writes it into snori as a new row – each question in its own column. Your analysis grows on its own instead of staying locked inside form statistics. Individual responses turn into a searchable body of knowledge that your colleagues – and, under your rules, a connected AI – can access too.

The reverse direction is secondary: whatever you add or mark in snori, the same service can carry onward, into a CRM or a reporting table for example.
How to set up the connection
- In snori, open the settings for the Workspace API and create an access key for the target workspace.
- You decide what the key may do – for form responses, "append" is enough.
- In your automation service you choose Typeform or Jotform as the trigger and snori as the action, and enter the key.
- Done: every new response now appears automatically as a row.
No server, no code, no manual transfer – the responses gather themselves.
Who can access your data
An access key in snori can never do more than you allow. For response intake, "append" is enough: write new rows, overwrite or delete nothing. Every change is versioned, the key applies to only one workspace, and your data stays encrypted in a German data centre – which matters, because surveys and contact forms often contain personal details.
External form or snori's own forms?
An important distinction: snori ships with its own forms, whose entries land directly in your workspace with no service in between – ideal if you want to stay within snori. Typeform and Jotform are worth it when you want to keep using their look, logic or existing forms; then snori is the clean target behind them. If your leads come more from advertising, look at Meta & Instagram leads and Google lead forms. Without a service in between you can also connect a source directly via the Workspace API.
