Calendly takes the back-and-forth out of finding a time. snori makes sure every booking becomes more than a calendar entry: the moment someone books an appointment, a new row appears automatically in a smart table, or a page – with everything the guest left behind. The focus is on one direction: bookings come in.

What is Calendly?

Calendly is a US scheduler that has become the standard for simple online booking since 2013. Instead of trading emails, you share a link; the guest sees your free times and picks a slot themselves. Calendly checks your calendar, sends confirmations and reminders, and can ask a few short questions before the meeting. Millions of people use it for sales calls, consultations, support and intro meetings. The bookings first sit only in Calendly and in the calendar – for structured follow-up, the central place is missing. snori provides it.

snori and Calendly: the two directions

snori as the target – bookings come in

This is the core of this connection. The moment a guest books an appointment, Zapier, Make or n8n catches the event and writes it into snori as a new row: name, email, booked time, meeting type and the answers from the booking form – each in its own column. So before every conversation you have all the details in one place and can prepare, instead of jumping between calendar and inbox. If someone cancels or reschedules, that can arrive as an update too.

snori as the source – notes go out

The reverse direction is secondary: whatever you record in snori after the meeting – outcome, next step, status – the same service can carry onward, into a CRM for example.

How to set up the connection

  1. In snori, open the settings for the Workspace API and create an access key for the target workspace.
  2. You decide what the key may do – for booking intake, "append" is enough.
  3. In your automation service you choose Calendly as the trigger and snori as the action, and enter the key.
  4. Done: every new booking now appears automatically as a row.

No server, no code, no retyping – the appointments gather themselves.

Who can access your data

An access key in snori can never do more than you allow. For booking intake, "append" is enough: write new rows, overwrite or delete nothing. Every change is versioned, the key applies to only one workspace, and the data stays encrypted in a German data centre – which matters, because bookings contain names, contact details and often the reason for the meeting.

Calendly, ad leads or forms?

Calendly fits when your contacts specifically arrange a time. If your prospects come more from ads, look at Meta & Instagram leads and Google lead forms. If you want to collect details through a form you design yourself, Typeform & Jotform is the way. They all end the same – as a clean row in snori. Without a service in between it also works directly via the Workspace API.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly does a booking land in snori?

Usually within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the cadence of your automation service. So the appointment is captured almost in real time.

Are cancellations and reschedules transferred too?

Yes, provided your automation service receives those events from Calendly. They can be written as an update into the same row – for that you also give the key the "change" right.

Do I need coding skills?

No. You create an access key in snori and choose Calendly as the trigger in Zapier, Make or n8n. The rest is clicking.

Does the Calendly connection cost extra with snori?

No. The Workspace API is included in the plan. Only your Calendly and automation services cost money, not snori.
