Keeping an eye on your fixed costs and contracts helps you sleep better. But electricity, phone, insurance and subscriptions spread across folders, inbox and memory – and you miss that one cancellation deadline exactly when the contract renews automatically. snori brings your household into one place, purely for your own overview.
Contracts, fixed costs and deadlines scatter across folders, emails and notes
The electricity contract in a folder, the phone bill in your inbox, the cancellation deadline in the back of your mind, the savings goal a vague intention and your monthly costs only a rough feeling. Without an overview, "it's fine" quickly turns into a nasty surprise: a renewal that slips through, a duplicate insurance, a subscription you forgot long ago.
How snori brings order to your household
You create a space for your finances, pick the household template – and the space is filled instantly. Not a blank page, but a tidy starting point with everything for the overview: a task list around contracts, a deadlines overview, a monthly view of fixed costs and savings goals, a provider list and a place for receipts. You keep what fits you and delete what doesn't. snori organises your work and gives no financial advice.
The pages snori creates for you right away
- Welcome – a start page explaining how your finance space is set up
- Tasks & checklist – a table with task, category, "by when" and status (e.g. "compare electricity contracts and switch if needed")
- Dates & deadlines – cancellation deadlines, meter readings, tax documents – date, what and status together
- Contacts & helpers – utilities, insurer, tax adviser with customer or contract number
- Budget & costs – rent, subscriptions, insurance planned versus actual, with an automatic monthly total
- Documents & files – contracts and receipts, plus a free page for notes & ideas
- Done & memories – where cancelled contracts and completed tasks go
Small practical-tip pages show you along the way how to make overdue items visible with colour rules and how to share a page with your partner.
Your AI helps out – only as far as you allow
Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI directly to your finance space. It can then summarise your fixed costs, remind you of cancellation deadlines or organise your contracts – but strictly within the limits you set. Your AI can never do more than you can: for each area you decide whether it may only read, add to, or touch nothing at all. snori is a tool for order, not investment or pension advice. And because snori versions every change, nothing is lost when you experiment. You can also use snori entirely without AI – the connection is an extra, never a requirement.
Share with your partner
Household and finances often concern two people. In snori you share a single page via a link – the fixed-costs overview, the contract list – or you work together in the same space. You can protect the link with a password, decide whether someone may only view or contribute, and see in the overview how often it was opened. So you share the same overview without maintaining anything twice.
Secure, German, nothing gets lost
Contract and payment data are sensitive. snori stores your data encrypted in an ISO/IEC 27001-certified data center in Germany, two-factor sign-in is mandatory, and every page can be rolled back to an earlier state. Deleted items sit in the trash for 30 days. So you keep your overview with peace of mind – even when an AI is helping out.
