Team & permissions
In snori you can invite people into your workspace and define precisely what they may do. Important: what a person is allowed to do automatically applies to the AI connections and API keys that person creates — it never sees or changes more than the person themselves may.
Roles
- Owner – creates the workspace, may do everything and manages everyone else's rights. The owner cannot be restricted.
- Member – an invited person. You decide what they may do.
1. Overall role per member
In Workspace settings → Members you set, per person:
- Read & write – may open, create and edit pages.
- Read only – may open and read everything, but change or create nothing.
2. Fine-tuning per page
On every page you can (as owner) override the overall role per person in the right-hand detail panel under “Page access”:
- Default – the page follows the member's overall role.
- Read & write – may edit this specific page, even if the person is otherwise read-only.
- Read only – may only read this page, even if the person may otherwise write.
- Hidden – the page is completely invisible to that person.
3. Effect on AI & API
When a member creates an AI connection (Workspace Connect) or an API key, the very same rights apply. Example: if the person may only read and five pages are hidden from them, then their AI or API key can also only read and won't see those five pages. The owner, by contrast, sees and may do everything through their connections. On top of that, the workspace rules under “AI & API access” apply — the stricter limit always wins.
This guarantees: no AI and no program ever gets more access than the human behind it.
