Encryption in Transit (TLS)

Verschlüsselung in Transit (TLS)

Encryption in transit protects data while it is being transmitted between two systems, such as between a browser and a server. The protocol commonly used for this is TLS (Transport Layer Security), recognizable by the "https" in web addresses.
