Your AI helps out – only as far as you allow
Connect an AI like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity directly to your workspace if you want. It then reads projects, tasks and their status and helps you plan, summarise and follow up – but strictly within the limits you set. Your AI can never do more than you can: for each area you decide whether it may only read, add, or touch nothing at all. And because snori versions every change, nothing is lost when you experiment. snori works just as well without AI – the connection is an extra, never a requirement.
Share the board with your team
Your team should see what's being worked on – but not your whole workspace. In snori you turn a single page, such as the task board or the project list, into a shareable link. Share it with write access to an email address, and others can maintain it directly – tick off tasks, change status, add notes. You add your logo, optionally a password, and see in the overview how often it was opened in the last 24 hours, 7 or 30 days. The rest stays private.
Secure, German, nothing gets lost
Project data is yours. snori stores your data encrypted in an ISO/IEC 27001-certified data center in Germany, two-factor sign-in is mandatory, and every page can be rolled back to an earlier state.
