It can then read your service catalogue, build quote lines for a railing, summarise open enquiries or show you every signed-off job that hasn't been invoiced yet. But strictly within the limits you set: your AI can never do more than you can. For each area you decide whether it may only read, add to, or touch nothing at all. And because snori versions every change, nothing is lost when you experiment. You can also use snori entirely without AI – the connection is an extra, never a requirement.
Share quotes and drawings as a link
A quote for a gate, a sketch for a stair railing: in snori you turn any page into a shareable link – with no account needed for the recipient. You add your own logo, hide the snori note and, if you like, protect it with a password or expiry date. In the overview you see how often the link was opened in the last 24 hours, 7 or 30 days – so you know whether the client has seen your quote. The rest of your workspace stays private.
Secure, German, nothing gets lost
Your job data is confidential. snori stores everything encrypted in an ISO/IEC 27001-certified data center in Germany, two-factor sign-in is mandatory, and every page can be rolled back to an earlier state. Deleted items sit in the trash for 30 days. So you work with peace of mind – even when an AI is writing alongside you.
