In snori you keep your tasks right next to what they're about. The block editor knows task lists with checkboxes – the project's to-do page sits beside the notes, the files and the decisions. No switching to a separate task app, no loss of context. You see the task and, right next to it, why it exists and what belongs to it. That's the difference between a loose list and a place where work actually holds together.
Tasks become a board you can steer
As soon as there's more, you pull your tasks into a real table: one row per task, columns for status, owner, due date, priority. With a status column you turn it into a board ("open / in progress / done"), colour rules paint overdue tasks red and finished ones green, formulas count how much is still open. A list becomes a control panel that shows you at a glance where things are stuck – with no separate project tool.
Sort, filter, keep the overview
The fuller the table, the more order matters. You sort by due date, filter by owner, group by project – and a hundred tasks become a manageable list of what counts today. What's due and who's working on what is sensitive – that deserves protection. Your tasks and projects sit encrypted in a German, ISO/IEC 27001-certified data center, with mandatory two-factor sign-in.
